NYS Canal Corporation Real Property Management is happy to announce the release of the Canals E-Permits Accela Customer Access (ACA) Portal.

Canal E-Permits – ACA Portal is a browser-based website that can be used from any computer or mobile device with limited viewing.

When your invoice is received, the ACA Portal is a fast and easy way to pay the 2026 Residential Annual Occupancy Invoice Payments for people who have been issued a Residential Occupancy Permit to use the NYS Canal Corporation-owned property.

Features of the ACA Portal:

• Create a Canals E-Permits ACA Public Portal Account
• Link your Online Account to your 2026 Annual Residential Occupancy Permit Invoice
• View the 2026 Annual Residential Occupancy Invoice Fee Due
• View and download PDF version of 2026 Annual Residential Occupancy Invoice.
• View and Download PDF version of the Occupancy Signed Permit
• View and Download PDF version of the Area Map
• Pay your 2026 Annual Residential Occupancy Invoice Fee by Checking, Savings or Credit Card
• Print your receipt at the moment of payment
• A Receipt will be automatically emailed to the address setup in the Canals E-Permits Public Portal
• Ability to update your user contact information.
