Forum To Discuss Links to New York's Canals and downtown Revitalization to be Held at SUNY OSWEGO

The New York State Canal Corporation, Department of State and State University of New York will co-host a forum at SUNY Oswego to discuss the transformation of communities along New York's canals that have received funds from Governor Andrew M. Cuomo's Downtown Revitalization Initiative.

The forum is the fourth in a series of discussions tied to the bicentennial of the Erie Canal.

John Maggiore, the Governor's Director of Policy, will deliver the keynote address.

Representatives from Oswego, Geneva, Watkins Glen and Rome will be on hand to discuss their experiences.
