Erie Canal - Waterford Harbor

Mariners are advised that Erie Canal Locks E-2 & E-3 in Waterford will be staffed until 8pm on Friday, September 9^th and Saturday September 10^th to accommodate non-participant vessels attending the Tugboat Roundup, and non-event related commercial and pleasure craft.  During this time, passage through the Flight - Locks E-2 through E-6 - will be available on demand, but with reasonable delays, as the E-2 & E-3 staff will be roaming to accommodate the other locks in the Flight as needed.
