Cayuga-Seneca Canal – Waterloo

August 31, 2016

Mariners are advised that Lock CS-4 Waterloo will be closed for maintenance at 8:00 am tomorrow, September 1st. It is anticipated that the lock will reopen at 9:30 am. Plan itineraries accordingly.
