Notice to Mariners

Oswego Canal – Minetto

August 11, 2016

 

Mariners are advised of a kayak and canoe regatta occurring on the Oswego Canal just upstream of Lock O-5, between Minetto Riverview Park and Buoy R “120A” on Saturday, August 13th from 12:30-2:00 PM.

Mariners should reduce speed, stop all forward motion and proceed at a "No-Wake" speed when transiting past this event and under no circumstances shall any vessel exceed 5 MPH.
