Notice to Mariners

Erie Canal/Oneida River – Brewerton

October 9, 2015

 

Mariners are advised that the Route 11 bridge (E-64) over the Erie Canal in Brewerton is undergoing repairs from now through next week.  Work boats may occasionally cause a channel width reduction or slight delays. 

Mariners should reduce speed, stop all forward motion and proceed at a "No-Wake" speed when transiting this area and under no circumstances shall any vessel exceed 5 MPH.
