Notice to Mariners

Erie Canal – Brewerton

October 1, 2015

 

Mariners are advised that the rehabilitation of the Interstate I-81 (E-63A) bridge over the Oneida Lake/Oneida River section of the Erie Canal will commence on Friday, October 2nd.  Work will be staged, starting with scaffolding hanging below the northern half of the bridge and marine traffic utilizing the southern half of the channel.  Halfway through the project this arrangement will be reversed.
