Notice to Mariners

Erie Canal – Indian Castle and Little Falls

July 27, 2015

 

Mariners are advised of structure inspections taking place July 28th-30th on the Erie Canal at Guard Gate #3 in Indian Castle and Lock E-17 Little Falls.  At Guard Gate #3 one of the gates might be closed.  Mariners are to proceed through the open gate.  At Lock E-17 mariners may encounter the inspection float in the chamber along with vessels that are locking through.
