Notice to Mariners

Champlain Canal – Schuylerville/ Northumberland

June 4, 2015

Mariners are advised that the swim leg of the Hudson Crossing Triathlon will take place in the Champlain Canal, north of Lock C-5 in Northumberland on Sunday, June 7, 2015. Due to this activity, Lock C-5 and the portion of the Champlain Canal between Lock C-5 and the Northumberland Dam will be closed to vessel traffic from 8:00 am to 9:00 am. Spotter boats will be present at each end of the course. For further information please call Chris Bowcutt at (518) 290-0457.
