Notice to Mariners

Cayuga-Seneca Canal – Waterloo

May 28, 2015

 

Mariners are advised that environmental dredging has concluded and rip rap placement will be occurring between navigation markers R “90” and G “97” on the Cayuga-Seneca Canal in Waterloo for the next couple of weeks.

 

Mariners should reduce speed, stop all forward motion and proceed at a "No-Wake" speed when transiting this area and under no circumstances shall any vessel exceed 5 MPH.
