Notice to Mariners

Erie Canal – Town of Tyre

May 11, 2015

Mariners are advised of bridge rehabilitation activities on the Rte. 89 Bridge (E-91) over the Erie Canal, immediately west of Lock E25 Mays Point. At times the width of the channel will be reduced, and there may be occasional delays. Construction is expected to take place now through the 2015 navigation season.

The speed limit is 5 mph in all work zones.
