Oswego Canal – Phoenix
September 25, 2023
Mariners are advised that they may experience intermittent delays between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. for vessels with a 10.5 foot or greater overhead clearance at the Culvert St. (bascule) Lift Bridge (O-4) over the Oswego Canal, north of Oswego Canal Lock O-1 in Phoenix due to bridge maintenance by the New York State Department of Transportation. It is anticipated that these delays will continue through Friday, September 29, 2023.
