Notice to Mariners

  Oswego Canal – Minetto

August 18, 2023

Mariners are advised that Lock O-5 in Minetto over the Oswego Canal is inoperable due to an area power outage, and therefore unable to lock through vessels until further notice.  Updates will follow.
