Notice to Mariners
Oswego Canal – Phoenix to Oswego
August 8, 2023
Mariners are advised of high current on the Oswego Canal and the possibility of related debris and off-station buoys. Furthermore, mariners on the Oswego Canal should plan to seek refuge at a facility appropriate for their vessels in anticipation of a temporary closure until flows subside.
