Notice to Mariners
Oswego Canal – Lysander
August 2, 2023
Mariner are advised of divers in the water inspecting USGS gage 04247055 near the west bank of the Oswego Canal, 0.6 miles downstream (north) of the junction with the Erie Canal and 1.25 miles upstream (south) of Lock O-1 Phoenix, now through the end of the day. Mariners must proceed by this location (which is near the NYS Canals Lysander Shop) with absolutely no wake or ripple.
