Notice to Mariners

Erie Canal – Utica

July 28, 2023

Mariners are advised that the overhead lighted Aids to Navigation on Bridge, E-44B I-790, Bridge E-44C SR 8 & 12, and Bridge E-44D SR 5, over the Erie Canal, have been reported as extinguished. These bridges are located just west of the Utica Harbor Lock in Utica between Buoy R "566" and Buoy R "568". Crews have been notified.
