Notice to Mariners

Champlain Canal

Mariners are advised that high water levels from recent heavy rainfall have reduced the vertical clearance of many bridges over the Champlain Canal. Boaters should use caution and check with lock operators to verify overhead clearances before transiting and plan itineraries accordingly.
