Notice to Mariners

Oswego Canal – Phoenix

September 10, 2022

Mariners are advised that the Culvert St. (bascule) Lift Bridge (O-4) north of Oswego Canal Lock O-1 in Phoenix is inoperable in the down position and therefore is limiting vessel passage to vessels with a maximum overhead clearance of seven feet. Maintenance staff has been notified.
