Champlain Canal

August 26, 2022

Mariners are advised of an underwater inspection occurring on the Champlain Canal, on the following schedule:

  • Monday, August 29th – Above Champlain Canal Lock C-6 – (Fort Miller) Crocker’s Reef Guard Gate

The inspection areas will be marked by commercial diver’s flags while divers are in the water. Boaters should reduce speed and proceed at a "No Wake" speed when transiting these areas.
