Mariners are advised of a tugboat, barge and cargo that will be moored at the lower approach wall of Erie Canal Lock E-8 in Scotia from Saturday, August 6th to Monday, August 8th. A crane will be unloading the cargo on Monday, August 8th. Boaters should use caution when traversing this area.
