Notice to Mariners

Cayuga-Seneca Canal – Cayuga

June 27, 2022

Mariners are advised that Cayuga-Seneca Canal Lock CS-1 in Cayuga will only be passing vessels with a maximum beam of 21 feet due to scheduled gate maintenance activities on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at 7:00 am. It is anticipated that the lock will resume normal width operation on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at 7:00 am.

Boaters should plan their itineraries accordingly.
