Notice to Mariners

Erie Canal - Rotterdam

Mariners are advised that Erie Canal Lock E-9 in Rotterdam is that was closed in a previous Notice to Mariners has been reopened to navigation. Westbound boaters are required to tie to the port (south) side of the lock chamber when locking through the lock, due to a fill valve issue, until further notice.
