Erie Canal - Waterford Flight

July 22, 2020

 

Mariners are advised that the Waterford Flight, Erie Canal Locks E-2 through E-6, that was closed in a previous Notice to Mariners has reopened to navigation.

Boaters should also be aware that Lock E-6, in the Waterford Flight will still only be passing vessels with a maximum beam of 21 feet due to an inoperable upper right gate. Mechanical repairs at the lock will occur tomorrow, Thursday, July 23rd.

Plan itineraries accordingly.
