NOTICE TO MARINERS

UPDATED LOCK OPERATING SCHEDULE – CAYUGA-SENECA CANAL

July 13, 2020

The New York State Canal Corporation announced today that the following lock is scheduled to open on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at 7:00 a.m. for the 2020 navigation season.

Cayuga-Seneca  C-S 4                     Waterloo                            July 14                               7 am – 10 pm

                                                                                                                        September 17                   7 am – 5 pm

The Canal system is scheduled to close to navigation on October 14, 2020.

The Canal Corporation appreciates the public’s patience during this time and urges all users to register to receive updates through the “Notice to Mariners” notification program at www.canals.ny.gov.
