Notice to Mariners

October 11, 2019,

Champlain Canal – Whitehall

Mariners are advised of underwater diving inspections occurring at Champlain Canal Lock C-12 in Whitehall. Boaters should call the lock operator at (518) 499-1700 or on Marine Channel 13 before proceeding through the area and be of divers in the water at the lower (north) end of the lock. Use caution and proceed at a "No-Wake" speed.

It is anticipated that this work will be completed by noon today, October 11th.
