Cayuga-Seneca Canal – Waterloo

October 3, 2019

Mariners are advised that Cayuga-Seneca Canal Lock C/S - 4 in Waterloo that was closed in a previous Notice to Mariners, will reopen to navigation tomorrow morning, Friday, October 4th at 7:00 a.m.
