Cayuga-Seneca Canal – Waterloo

October 2, 2019

Mariners are advised that Cayuga-Seneca Canal Lock C/S - 4 in Waterloo will be temporarily closed for maintenance tomorrow morning, Thursday, October 3rd at 7:00 a.m. Boaters should expect delays. Updates will follow.
