Notice to Mariners

Erie Canal – Utica

September 30, 2019

Mariners are advised of a draft restriction of 6 feet due to shoaling on the Erie Canal at the Utica Terminal Wall (Aqua Vino Restaurant) in Utica. This area is located at Mile Marker 100.81, between Buoy G573 and Buoy R558 in the City Utica, Oneida County. Dredging operations are planned for this area and will be occurring as soon as possible.
