Notice to Mariners

Cayuga-Seneca Canal – Waterloo

September 18, 2019

Mariners are advised of concrete spray repair work being performed at Cayuga-Seneca Canal Lock C/S - 4 in Waterloo until the end of the day on Monday, September 30th. This work is being preformed on the lower north retaining wall, adjacent to the hydroelectric plant.
