Erie Canal – Frankfort

August 16, 2019

Mariners are advised that a red auxiliary buoy has been placed approximately 0.5 miles east of Erie Canal Lock E-19 in Frankfort, on the north side of the navigation channel, due to shoaling in the channel. Boaters should use the south side of the channel when traversing this area.
