Oswego Canal – Phoenix

August 2, 2019

Mariners are advised that the Culvert St. Bridge (O-4) on the Oswego Canal just north of Lock O-1 Phoenix that was announced as inoperable in a previous Notice to Mariners has been repaired and is back in service.
