Notice to Mariners

Erie Canal – Halfmoon

June 13, 2019

 

Mariners are advised that submerged tree has been reported just east of the US Route 9 Bridge (E-6), in the town of Halfmoon, on the south side of the navigation channel. The tree is marked by a yellow can.  Crews have been notified. 

Proceed with caution when transiting this area.
