Notice to Mariners

Erie Canal – Fairport Duck Race

May 31, 2019

Mariners are advised that Fairport Canal Days, in the Village of Fairport, will hold a duck race on Sunday, June 2nd, at 3:00 pm. The event will last approximately 30 minutes. This event will start at the Fairport Lift Bridge (Bridge E-128) and continue 100 yards to the east. The finish line will be marked by a vessel in the channel.

Boaters may be delayed for a short period of time, during the race.
