Notice to Mariners

Erie Canal – Town of Schuyler

Mariners are advised that the lower left (south) gate of Erie Canal Lock E-19 Frankfort is currently inoperable and in the closed position, and so vessels will need to pass through the right (north) gate. Vessels wider that 22' must contact the Navigation Program Manager in advance at (518) 461-0942 to arrange manual operation of the lower left gate.
