Notice to Mariners

Cayuga-Seneca Canal – Waterloo

September 27, 2018

 

Mariners are advised of a delayed opening of Cayuga-Seneca Lock CS4 Waterloo on Thursday, September 27th for maintenance.  The lock will open at 10am instead of the regularly scheduled 7am.
