Notice to Mariners

Cayuga-Seneca Canal – Waterloo

August 21, 2018

 

Mariners are advised of a delayed opening of Cayuga-Seneca Lock CS4 Waterloo on Wednesday, August 22nd for maintenance.  The lock will open at 9am instead of the regularly scheduled 7am.
