Oswego Canal – Village of Phoenix

August 10, 2018

Mariners are advised that the bascule bridge immediately downstream of Oswego Canal Lock O1 Phoenix that was announced earlier today as inoperable and in the down position, effectively reducing the overhead clearance to 11’, is now back in operation.
