Oswego Canal – Fulton-Minetto

August 8, 2018

 

Mariners are advised that the navigation pool between Locks O3 Fulton & O5 Minetto are being drawn down as much as 1.8’ on Monday, August 13th for 24 hours to facilitate dam maintenance.
