Mariners are advised that the 3-foot drawdown of the navigation pool between Oswego Canal Locks O6 & O7 in Oswego that was scheduled to occur between July 8th & 28th to facilitate dam maintenance as announced in a June 27th Notice to Mariners has been delayed.  The level will now start dropping at early Sunday, July 15th.
