Cayuga Seneca Canal – Waterloo

July 10, 2018

 

Mariners are advised that Cayuga-Seneca Canal Lock CS-4 Waterloo will be closed on Wednesday, July 11th from 8:00-10:00 AM.  Plan itineraries accordingly.
