Notice to Mariners

Erie Canal – Utica Area

July 1, 2017

Mariners are advised that buoys have been reported off station at the following tributary mouths entering the Erie Canal:

Sterling Creek (mile 95.16)
Knapp Brook (mile 96.76)
Budlong Creek (mile 98.18)
Reals Creek (mile 100.81)
Gridley Creek (mile 102.42)

Some of these buoys are uncharted auxiliary buoys marking shoaling from these creeks.
