Notice to Mariners

Erie Canal – Town of Amsterdam

June 19, 2017

Mariners are advised that the 64’ pleasure vessel that was grounded north of the channel between Erie Canal buoys R’246” & R “248” west of Amsterdam is now free.

Mariners are reminded that current weather conditions have limited visibility and are to reduce speeds accordingly.
