Cayuga Seneca Canal - Waterloo

Mariners are advised that Cayuga Seneca Canal Lock CS-4 in Waterloo is only able to pass vessels with a maximum beam of 21 feet due to an inoperable lower gate until further notice. Boaters should plan their itineraries accordingly. Updates will follow.
