Notice to Mariners

Cayuga/Seneca Canal – Waterloo

May 22, 2026

 

Mariners are advised of a fireworks display just west of Cayuga/Seneca Canal Lock CS-4 in Waterloo over the Cayuga/Seneca Canal on Saturday, May 23^rd, at dusk, with a rain date of Sunday, May 24^th. The area will be closed to vessel traffic during the show. A 100-yard security zone will be in effect around the fireworks staging area during the event.

Law enforcement will be present to monitor boat traffic.
