Notice to Mariners

Erie Canal – Schenectady

July 3, 2025

 

 

Mariners are advised of a fireworks display in the vicinity of Rivers Casino and Resort, in the navigation channel, on Saturday, July 5th at dusk. The fireworks barge will be located between buoy R "84” and buoy R "86”. A 100-yard fallout radius security zone will be in effect around the fireworks staging barge during the event. Law enforcement will be present to monitor boat traffic.
