Notice to Mariners

Erie Canal – Scotia to St. Johnsville

June 8, 2025

Mariners are advised that Erie Canal Locks E-7 in Vischer Ferry through Lock E-16 in St. Johnsville are closed to navigation due to high water levels from recent heavy rainfall until further notice. Boaters should plan their itineraries accordingly.
