Notice to Mariners

Eastern Erie Canal - Waterford

September 1, 2026

Mariners are advised that Erie Canal Lock E-2 through Lock E-6 in Waterford will close to navigation tonight at 6:00 pm for maintenance and will reopen on Thursday, September 3rd at 8:00 am.

Boaters should plan their itineraries accordingly.
