Notice to Mariners
Erie Canal – Pittsford
September 7, 2023
Mariners are advised that the Pittsford Youth Services will hold a Duck Drop Derby on Saturday, September 9th, from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The event will start at the North Main St. SR 96 Lift Bridge (E-138) over the Erie Canal in Pittsford and finish approximately 300 feet east, at the Port of Pittsford Park. The finish line will be marked by a rowboat in the channel.
Boaters may be delayed for a short period of time during the race and should plan itineraries accordingly.
