Notice to Mariners

Cayuga-Seneca Canal – Seneca Falls

July 21, 2023

Mariners are advised that starting Monday, July 24th, the upper navigation pool at Cayuga Seneca Canal Lock CS-2/3 in Seneca Falls will be temporarily raised to normal navigation level by the local hydroelectric operator as part of an on-going maintenance project.

After 48 hours, water levels will then be lowered to the previously reduced levels until further notice.
