Notice to Mariners
Oswego Canal – Fulton/Minetto/Oswego
July 14, 2023
Mariners are advised of a Paddlefest occurring on the Oswego Canal downstream (north) of Lock O-3 in Fulton through Lock O-8 in Oswego on Saturday, July 15th from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Approximately 400 to 500 kayaks and canoes will be participating.
Boaters should reduce speed, stop all forward motion and proceed at a "No Wake" speed when transiting the event and under no circumstances shall any vessel exceed 5 MPH. Law enforcement will be present.
